Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" his opponent as the pair met personally to build hype for next month's bout.
Former two-time unified boxing king Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive mismatch - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to break his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will genuinely try to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
In spite of such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically famous for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a bout proposal.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, criticized British rival Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Opponent
Despite saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
However, the relative newcomer remains one of the sport's biggest financial successes, regularly earning massive paydays.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would derail the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"It will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Size Disparity
As both boxers met for the customary face-off, with their physical disparity on show, it drove home just how surprising this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is truly going ahead.
